What is the airport pickup buffer?

What the buffer changes
The airport pickup buffer is the time between the expected flight arrival and the planned chauffeur pickup. The booking form currently offers options from 0 to 120 minutes in 15-minute steps.
Choose enough time for passport control, baggage reclaim and the layout of the airport. For example, a 09:30 arrival with a 30-minute buffer creates a planned 10:00 pickup.
Complimentary waiting
The current customer-facing airport flow applies the 60-minute complimentary waiting period after the planned pickup time created by the selected buffer.
What if I am ready early?
With a 09:30 arrival and a 30-minute buffer, pickup is at 10:00 and complimentary waiting runs until 11:00. If you are ready early, let your chauffeur know; they will do their best to accommodate you.
