Select the option to book for someone else, then enter the traveller's name, email and phone details where requested. Your account remains the booking owner; the traveller does not become the account holder.

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details and ensuring the traveller understands the relevant booking terms.

Traveller updates

Where the product supports it, the traveller may receive customer-safe journey information. Account, payment and financial details remain restricted to the account holder.
