Cancelling part of a return booking
A return booking is priced as one booking with two legs. Cancelling one leg can require a server-calculated adjustment, additional payment, refund review or Booking Team approval before the revised booking is final.
If RTS Black cancels
RTS Black may cancel where a journey cannot safely or lawfully be provided, information is incomplete or incorrect, or operational availability is not possible. The cancellation notice should include the approved customer-visible reason when one is available.
