Fare changes and amendment approval
Understand additional payments, refund review and Booking Team approval.
When the fare changes
RTS Black recalculates amendment pricing on the server. If the new journey costs more, the dashboard may ask you to pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference can enter refund review rather than being promised immediately.
Some changes require Booking Team approval because vehicle, chauffeur or operational availability must be checked. The booking is not updated finally until the dashboard shows the approved result.
