Capacity is based on the whole journey

The suitable vehicle depends on the number of passengers together with the amount and size of luggage. Child or booster seats also use available seating space and must be included in the booking details.

Choose safely

• Enter every passenger, including children and infants.
• Declare the number of cabin bags, suitcases and oversized items accurately.
• Use the live vehicle suitability guidance rather than assuming every maximum passenger and luggage combination will fit.
• Contact RTS Black before booking if your luggage is unusual or the suitability result is unclear.

Can I choose more space for luggage or a group?

For airport, city-to-city or event journeys, choose a class that matches passenger and luggage needs. If space is uncertain, consider a larger class for comfort. Business Van or Kids Class may suit groups where their published capacity allows.
