Personal vs Business accounts and account security
Choose the correct account type and protect your RTS Black access.
Personal and Business accounts
Personal accounts are for individual customer bookings. Business accounts hold company details and support People / Employees for travel booked by the business. Account type cannot be switched through ordinary profile editing.
Keep your account secure
- Use a unique password and protect access to your email account.
- Never share SMS codes, password reset links or sign-in tokens.
- Sign out on a shared device and contact RTS Black if account details change unexpectedly.
