Why RTS Black verifies both your email address and mobile number.
Email verification
Email verification confirms access to the account email before the account can proceed through customer onboarding.
Mobile verification
After email verification, RTS Black sends a one-time SMS code to confirm control of the mobile number. The verified phone is linked to the same customer account; it does not create a second booking profile.
