Account access problem
Recover access safely when sign-in, password or verification steps are blocking you.
Use the secure account recovery steps
- Check that you are using the verified email address attached to the account.
- Use the password-reset option if you cannot remember the password.
- Complete any outstanding email or SMS verification before trying to open protected account areas.
If access is still unavailable
Email booking@rtsblack.com. Explain which step is failing, but never send a password, reset link, SMS code or authentication token.
