How do I change my email or mobile number?
Securely update an email address or mobile number from your profile.
Changing email
Request the change from Profile. The current email remains authoritative until the secure verification link sent to the new address is completed. A pending address is not treated as verified.
Changing mobile number
Changing the canonical phone resets its verified state. Complete a new SMS challenge on the Verify Mobile Number page before normal protected account access resumes.
