Updating Business profile and main contact details
Understand which company and main-contact details can be maintained in Profile.
Company profile information
Permitted contact, company-address and optional Tax / VAT information can be maintained through the Business Profile area. The canonical company name remains read-only.
Main contact details
Keep the main contact email and mobile number current. An email change is completed only after the secure verification step, and changing the mobile number resets its verified state until the new number passes SMS verification.
